This one branch made me never want to do business with any St Marys ever again. The attitudes from the managers and staff are absolutely horrendous for a professional setting. If you walk in, youre most likely to see all of them sitting in one office. So unprofessional.

Bad experience I tried to get a bank account to try to get back on my feet because I have cash assistance now and they denied me for opening up a bank account and I haven't had a bank account in years I have chime that's not a real bank account and I haven't had a job in a year I'm trying to get back on my feet yeah my credit not maybe 700 but I'm only 25 with a 4 month old child I'm only 1 person And they wouldn't give me the reason why they denied me they asked if I had a job and I said no and then they denied me after Sad they really judge you by your appearance and not having a job I guess they don't allow people to start all over and try to get back on their feet I guess I will look for a different bank that will accept to me because I don't go to college I have never ever had a credit card I don't take out loans so I should not be in debt
