First it was we need to order it from our other store. Then we need payment to order then it doesn't come in for 2 weeks even though they have runners that they said they couldn't make sure it got on a truck from the Cape. Horrible to deal with nice kids on the parts desk but lots of excuses. Called back for a relief valve quoted 2 weeks on a stock order. Go online to bobcat parts in stock customer has it by tomorrow. Not open Saturday what kind of commercial equipment place open on a Saturday at least AM ? Never again.
