    I opened a new account and I deposited a check for $10,000 because I do construction next thing I know about five days later I called to find out why the check hasnt cleared and they said were gonna send it back to the person you got it from so then I checked with my friend that gave me the check and he never received it and his account never got refunded. Its been over 40 days now digital credit union keeps telling me they sent it back to citizens bank which they never did so I finally had took a day off from work. And they finally admitted that they had the check in the fraud department and I would have to come in with the guy that gave me the check. I had to take another day off from work and the guy that gave me the check took a day off. We both went in there. He had his withdrawal slip. Showing they took that amount out of his account the day after they received the check. The manager at the hudson branch told us that we had to get a signed piece of paper from the manager at citizens bank showing that they took the money out the account. check that was a good They wanted a letter from citizens bank from the manager, stating that there was a withdrawal for that amount out of his account . The next day we had to take another day off from work went back to digital credit union with the letter from citizens give it to the branch manager and she goes OK. Ill let you know Im like thats it she statedyeah it there anything else I can help you with? I said how about getting my money back so Ive been calling her every day and she says just keep checking your friends account Thats the only information she gives me its like Im bothering her. its been about eight days since I dropped the letter off. never seen anything so crazy and if this was just for a few hundred dollars I wouldnt take days off from work to try to get it back. Im curious how much money they get by doing this to people the only people that are scamming anybody is digital credit union. There was nothing showing any fraud. They just made it up just to keep that money and every time I call there they act like Im a bother. I explained that I have people I have to pay that worked for that money and they could really use it. They reaction was they could care less. Its crazy and I have no idea what else I can do to try to get this money back im a worker not a very good speller and I did nothing wrong or try to scam anybody ever. The only thing I did was try to deposit a check a perfectly good check from a good account to pay my bills like anybody else would do. This could happen to anybody which is very sad so people cant take days off of work without losing your job. Or can not afford to take days off from work.

    Picked up box of pennies today. Staff extremely friendly. Manager was super nice to me even though it was busy ( he had a great mustache I'm actually jealous). I also spoke to Renee who is another branch manager she is super helpful and informative and always takes care of me which is what makes DCU so amazing. The tellers were friendly and nice as well when I ordered my box and when I picked it up. The teller was able to give me a call when my box was ready! They don't have to do this for me, but they went out of their way to make a great customer experience. Love DCU and this branch. Thank you Hudson Team!

    Gregory Marcoux assisted me with a fraudulent issue on my account. He made me realize that I had been scammed and tried his best to stop a $500 transfer from leaving my account when it wasn't even his job. Big thumbs up to the guy. Thanks for all the help!
