        Nick called before they were arriving to let me know the ETA. Once the team arrived, he introduced everybody and they went through everything and surveyed the job prior to starting anything. They used plastic to protect the basement. They were an excellent team and I would hire them again in a second. They did a wonderful job and kept us updated all along. At the end of the job, they reviewed everything and made sure we had no further questions.
