    The directions took me into a private residential development. I did drive to the access point, parked but the only real a few point looked to be right along a private house. I looked around a bit more then left without seeing the bridge. I ended up going to where I thought the other side would be and again I had to go on private property to access the bridge but it was a huge construction company and it was closed since it was Sunday so I went for it. The bridge was easy to access (once you get to it), but unless you have a death wish do no try to cross it. The boards are all rotted and plenty are missing. Its a cool bridge. Google says its historical, Id like to find out why.
