As a previous team member of Design Works, I consider the quality of their work, their desire to make for the most enjoyable and efficient experience for their clients, and their commitment to their team members all top notch. Jennifer and Jim are genuine people who offer their employees the best possible opportunities with great incentives and benefits based on how much you buy in and contribute to the Design Works family. I benefited greatly from my time there (12 years), learned a significant amount about the industry that I have taken with me in my own career. In it for the right reasons, they are a great company to collaborate with both on a client or employee basis.

Wouldn't give their commercial plowing even one star. They came to my development sunday for our first snow storm. Barely plowed the main lot, still snow covered and shoveled three PATHS from the doors to the parking lot, NOT the sidewalks that run the length of the buidlings. Came home from work to a mess. Less parking than before due to sjow piles being moved into them. Sidealks barely walkable, the lasn torn up in different places...Def NOT what they charge.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Design Works to bring our dream pool patio to life, and we are really happy with the results. From our first meeting with the owners down to the final touches with the crew, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.
We collaborated with a great landscape architect to design our pool and patio. Finding a construction company capable of installing the design and managing the entire project was a little daunting. We had heard stories about construction projects dragging on for months. Design Works advocated for a timely delivery and the experience was pretty seamless. We were able to enjoy our pool and patio from the beginning of the pool season and throughout the year.
The construction staff at Design Works were not only efficient but also highly professional. They were very detailed and ensured that the installation of the patio pavers, which had varying patterns and thicknesses, and the integration of a diving rock were executed nicely.
The pool and patio have truly become the heart of our home, providing our large group of family and friends with a lot of enjoyment throughout the seasons. We love it.
