I can't tell you how bad the service is with NSM in New Hampshire! Unreasonably long wait periods for parts (4-6 months, seriously), bad attitudes and just blatantly ignoring calls. I have been EXTREMELY patient and kind, until today. I am so fed up!

*** UPDATE *** National Seating to this day, has never returned my calls or request from my therapist or doctors. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY IGNORED. My parts on my chair broke and I was Immobile for three days until I was able to get in with a new DME company. Do you know what its like to piss in your bed because your casters are broken and you cant move your wheelchair because youve been trying to get a hold of your wheelchair company for three months and they dont return your phone calls?! EVERYONE AT THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED! original post I have had national seating and mobility as my DME provider for almost 3 years. The first handful of experiences that I had with them prior to the pandemic were excellent customer service. Prompt callbacks, and communication with my therapist and doctors and insurance- everything was great. However, post pandemic Im not sure what has happened to this company. I need a Equipment for my wheelchair. The bearings in my casters are going, I need tires and I need a new cushion. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks. My therapist couldnt even get a call back. They say that they will return your call within 24 hours but I left a voicemail three weeks ago (no return call) I left a voicemail after that the week following and I just left a voicemail today and Im really hoping that they call me back so Im not forced to find a new DME.
