We had some water in our basement and needed to rule out a roof issue. Rob was kind enough to come take a look at it. Even though he could immediately tell it wasn't related to the roof, he helped me find the cause and solution and saved me thousands of dollars from what the basement specialists had recommended. I've had a couple of interactions with Rob now (last time he repaired a section of my roof) and am thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work as well as his honesty.
