Very bad company. Peter, the owner, is not a good person and doesnt care about customers. He wont get back to you. He wont solve your problems. No matter how good it seems- you should not use this company.

Always friendly and helpful staff. We got our water tested for free advice for stabilizing our pool.

I can't give high enough praise to Aquatime Pools and Spas, Inc. My gunite pool was damaged by the negligent operation of excavation machinery by a previous contractor who allowed concrete debris to fall into the pool multiple times while excavating the surrounding patio. Steve Pinard came to my property to give me an estimate and immediately noticed the scratches, gouges, and nicks in multiple areas in the gunite surface from the construction debris. (The construction debris had also damaged the interior pool/spa tiles which Aquatime replaced as well). He explained to me the reason such defects need urgent repair so they don't worsen especially during the frigid winter months. Shortly thereafter, I hired his company and he made sure my project was tackled forthwith due to the circumstances. At every step of the project he was available , and despite supply chain shortages and increased costs, he and his company completed the job and the pool looks fantastic. They even returned multiple times to brush the surfaces and add chemicals to help remove the calcium bleed from the new plaster. Again, I can't say enough positive things about Steve Pinard, his company, and their employees and I would recommend their services to anyone wholeheartedly.

We sent a $3,000 deposit to Aqua Time nearly 24 months ago for a pool renovation. No work has been done to date (always an excuse of some sort). Very unresposive and "Peter" is a man of mystery. Very elusive - not sure what he does but responding to customers is not amongst his duties apparently. Requested our deposit back by August 18th. No response. Today we filed a Small Claims Court Action for the deposit, interest and our court fees (over $100), we wrote a review with the BBB, and now are leaving this Google review. One star is one too many. I have never filed a small claims action, complained to the BBB, or even left a Google review before. In this way, Aqua Time is truly exceptional. Update as of 9/12 - My wife called a week ago. She was advised "refund is pending". Not sure what that means. Cut a check for that plus my $100 court costs. It will take like a minute. Update as of 9/13 - We received our refund plus court costs. Done!
