terrible experience here. waited 10 minutes to get into booth (which is fine as i was a walk in) got my clothes off and got into booth spray stopped working in the middle of the first spray. got out of the booth and dressed so i could go tell receptionist...she checked it out and realized the spray was not working. offered to spray me herself (that was nice ) i prefer the privacy of the booth. she asked if i would be able to go to the nashua location...no i cannot i dont have time. asked if she could give me a credit instead of reimbursing me...i said no i would like my money back. i called when i got home to see if they had a booth available for me in nashua within the next 15 minutes..yes they did...great. i assumed i would not be charged since i was so inconvenienced...nope $5 off for my inconvenience...wow... spend your hard earned money at a place that respects your time.completely ridiculous..they expected me to waste 30 minutes ... leave w no tan and not get my money back but take a credit??? 0 stars .....NEW RESPONSE to owners comments.... the spray stopped working... i got out to tell the employee and she came to check it out and agreed it was not working... why would she offer me a spray tan from a technician if the booth spray was working properly? i definitely did not yell at ALL the staff...there was one woman there(taylor) and i never raised my voice...i spoke w you on the phone and never once raised my voice... you are not only rude you are a liar ...and yes, i di find a place where they know what they are doing...thanks Service: Spray tanning
