Went here with my family on Saturday, August-19th-2023 , and haven't been there in a while. The inventory could've had more. The family got some good buys. But spend a lot of $$$ , but get a lot of things we need and make it a fun - family trip. Wish they had one closer to home. I'm planning on going again in the next month or so to look at Optical. I miss the Sam's Club Warehouse that was in Worcester MA. ------------------------------- Updated Review : went yesterday April-7th-2024, very disappointing coming here. Original planed on renewing our membership, and we decided to " NOT" to renew the membership, multiple things wrong with this store. Such many aisles of " snack foods " beyond what there should be between cookies, candy, chips, etc. The meat selection was almost empty, hardly any chicken ,very limited. Some of the areas had (no signs with prices) ,prices were much higher than previous trips. I think we'll get better deals at BJ's Warehouse. They have no scanners to check the products, so you'll very confused and there was" no sign- up" . I'm addition, the layout of the store was horrible they definitely changed it. They didn't even have a good selection of clothing. The food court was horrendous, my sister and I waited 35 minutes for them to take my order for a simple order, didn't matter how you ordered, if it was ( scan & go or in - person), absolutely horrible, very rude staff unprofessional they messed up our ice - cream order's and they didn't really care . They were playing hip- hop music in the back . The music in the store was extremely loud, very annoying. When they said over the loud - speaker " Sam's Club " is now closed a rude older woman came directly in our face , and said get in lane and we're closed , and the website said it was open till 8pm on Sundays not 6pm . No forewarning that the store was closing. Alot of rude people work here . Awful experience, just as we were leaving a " a loud Argument broke out " . They should've keep the Worcester Massachusetts location . Which was literally not to far from where I live . P.S. I'd rather shop at BJ's any given day , better deals and nicer people ,less Hassle.
