This is very poor customer service. They never returned our phone call. Our well installed by them now we want to install new sprinkler system, Since we don't have enough water force to install new sprinkler. We are trying to contact them left many messages but never receive reply from them. Our home only 6 years old. Service: Pump repairs & installation

We use a private well as our only water source. We encountered a leaking problem on the major water supply pipe from the well to house before the Labor Day holiday. The pipe is deeply under the ground! Excavation required to do the job. As it is well related, we left a voice mail with Northeast. It was Sunday morning and Cliff (the owner of Northeast) still returned us with a call shortly. He was patient to listen to our problem. He suggested to have a temporary pipe for water supply -- a normal practice (I believe). We preferred not doing it as we can turn on the well pump temporarily when water is needed. Happy that Cliff trusted us. He directly scheduled the work with an excavator being brought on-site. On the day of the appointment, Cliff and Andrew arrived on time as promised. Cliff took special care of our lawn when using the excavator around. They quickly located the broken pipe. The fix itself was easy. Cliff explained why the pipe got broken. He also provided us knowledge related to the well and the pipes -- very nice to understand how the system works. Last to mention, Cliff sent Jake to replace a defect PSI gauge (monitoring the pressure of the water tank) as a gift. Over the days working Northeast, Cliff was easy to communicate. We found that he cares about his customers. He and his team are very friendly and trustworthy. We will seek for their help in the future. Thanks Cliff, Andrew and Jake!
