        I have only been practicing yoga for a short time but cant imagine a better studio than Yoga by Janice! The new studio space is beautiful and inviting; and the instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and fun! The other students are so friendly and supportive as well! The classes I have attended have been for all levels with modifications offered to make your practice your own. I have learned so much and love going to classes! Thank you so much, Janice!

        Amazing!!! That is only one of the words of praise I have chosen to describe Yoga By Janice! I have been a student of her "Yoga for Balance" class -which she offers at the local, Senior Center -since I retired 3 years ago. She is outgoing, caring and extremely knowledgable. I have learned so much from her..including and most important.....how to stretch and RELAX. During the past few months of COVID restrictions I have followed her on Zoom which definitely improved my survival skills both physically and mentally. Janice plays a very important part in my life !!!
