      image Aspen Dental in Keene NH was AMAZING! For the first time ever, a dentist listened to me, made sure I had plenty of Novocain and I felt no pain! They are super compassionate there. I will definitely be sticking with them.

      image Don't waste your time and risk your teeth. Ghastly incompetence from both the administrative end and dental perspective. The first visit raised all sorts of red flags, the most important being they misdiagnosed my husband as needing $2,000 worth of work pocket cleanings when what he needed was an extraction and antibiotics due to an infected broken tooth root, which wasn't even noticed. Then they sent our bill, which they claimed was waived, to collections. I've been assured both in writing and verbally by two separate Aspen employees that we owe them nothing but we're still being harassed by a bill collector. Stay away from this organization, try to find a private practice.
