If you want to be taken seriously as a woman, dont go here. Not only was some old man not doing any work but playing on his phone, he insulted me about my registration and acted as if I was an idiot. I asked them to do multiple things to my vehicle and they completely ignored one item I asked, and instead quoted me a whole lot of money. Make sure if youre a female and you go here, to bring a man with you since thats the only way to be taken seriously! ETA since i cant reply: my vehicle has a certain amount of play allowed in the steering, which was measured and safe to inspect. my vehicle also does not HAVE an alignment sleeve, so i chose to take it to a mechanic that knows how to work on all types of cars. i also told them there were spacers to remove in the tires so they passed inspection and they just sent me on my merry way. i stand by my previous review.

Very nice honest people. Pricing is good. Out of all places in the area I'd go here first and not waste your time.

One thing people always ask about a repair shop is "are they honest?" I can say without a doubt City Tire in Keene has honest workers. On Friday we were on our way through Keene on our way to Maine and our brakes made a horrendous sound, like they were grinding metal to metal. We called City Tire and asked if they could do a same day brake job. They could, so we went in. It turns out that something had gotten wedged in the brakes and that was what made the sound. The object had fallen out before we got there. They checked it out and determined that the brakes were fine and we didn't need anything. They could have easily sold us new pads or even a full brake job because they knew we were stuck. Thanks again for being honest. If we lived locally we would use them for our car care needs.
