Bank somewhere else. All of the new fees are the reason this won't be my bank anymore, after almost 30 years. It costs less and you get a better interest rate under your mattress. Bank of New Hampshire is nothing but a bunch of greedy scumbags, who saw all of the money major banks were making off of fees and they jumped on the bandwagon. From being charged for papered statements, even though I've requested to go paperless, to now they charge a fee to use an atm outside of their network, on top of the atms fee, which is basically every atm not at one of their branches, to the minimum balance fee that started with this new checking. I was just on a cross-country roadtrip and finding a compatible atm outside of nh is impossible. All of the women at the plymouth branch who used to work for Community guarantee are sweethearts, but their friendliness isn't enough to keep my money there anymore. My checking account cost me about $50 a month the last three months on this roadtrip. Stop hiding behind service and convenience fees. You no longer provide a service and nothing about banking with you is convenient. Charge a monthly price, since customers are nothing but dollar signs to you.

Charging a ridiculous amount for an NSF taking almost 2-300 dollars kinda done with this bank have had them since I turned 18 so almost 5 years absolutely done dealing with this bank

Pretty much had to deal with one of the laziest Managers, I have ever met. She would print out debit card for ppl who werent even there or on the account and would take it out of the building to the hockey team, she no longer was a signer on. She also would smoke so many cigarettes a day, out in her jeep.. we had to ask her to come help us with customer service. About 2-3 hours a day she was outside the building. She would leave me inside, alone on Saturdays. She would be on personal phone calls in the bank. Would not recommend this bank. She accused me of stealing money while I was out with covid. Im he Back Ops and other tellers knew what had happened. I obviously did not steal and she was a horrible trainer. BNH has a horrible banking system and would blame the tellers for it moving so slow. 0/10. Would not recommend for a career.
