I was looking for a local place to be on a routine schedule for massages as my insurance covers them as well as a few other services here and there. I have tried to set up an appointment three-four times in the past. Once when there online system was still new and I booked an appointment to get a call a few days later to be told that they don’t actually have anything available and they did actually apologize for it. The second time I checked their online calendar and called about a available spotthey had and she then said that there are no spots available for the 2-3 weeks. The third time I messaged Diane directly as I still had a groupon to use to try it out and she asked if I would still like to keep the spot as she can accomdate me even though the groupon has expired. I asked her how her scheduling typically worked, if the spot was actually available or if it was another system glitch as I would feel more comfortable being on a routine schedule and it is an inconveience to constantly try to book if someone is constantly full to which she did not respond and cancelled my appointment. I hope they figure out their scheduling and communication errors. I’m glad she is so booked but if they can’t really accomdate new clients they should not be trying to.
