I worked here for 6.5 years before having my son, when I took time to stay home with him. 2 weeks ago I returned to work here, and I am completely and honestly grateful to be back at a place that I considered home. If I'm being honest, this place shaped me in my 20s, and I developed a lot of lifelong friendships here. I would recommend this job to somebody of any age, but especially someone in their early twenties who is looking for a place to establish themselves with other employees their own age, where they can grow and take college courses paid for by the company!

Hire and fire kind of place. Notice the wacky wavy inflatable guy out front every 2-3 months. So stressed out and hating life here, every lunch break will be filled with chain smoking and energy drinks. After your shift is over, youll go straight to the fort for some alcohol so you can booze cruise your way home and forget about how much you hate your life.

I work as a temp at FUGIFILM and just recently got let go due to and I quote downsizing of the temps at FUGIFILM I was a hard worker and never did anything to deserve such rude behavior ever since my let go date. My last day at this establishment was ok, there was little to no work to do as a captester. I went in to the supervisors office and not only were two of my leads there but my supervisor as well... this was 5 hours before I got the terrible news from the temp agency, (corestaff and leafstone). Every lead and supervisor knew I was going to be let go but yet when I was in the office they mentioned nothing and suggested I read some material to get ready for my audit (what I need to pass to become certified) I read my material and waited for the lead in my room whom never showed up to give me a test run. Fast forward after work... I got the call saying I will be let go due to downsizing and before I could say anything else, with tears in my eyes. The woman hung up. I have been emailing everyone I know possible and have yet to wait a response. They before my ending employment were on top of their emailing. Feeling like a high school girl being gohsted by the boy she liked I wait for a response. They have been nothing but unprofessional to me and though I cannot speak on behalf of the rest of the temps and full timers at Fugi... I do NOT recommend being hired by them through a temp agency. If I did not have my husband who is a full timer also at fugi... I do not know what I would have done. This has left me distraught and just a quick introduction to what they have done. I hope this message gets through. Thank you.
