I am very happy with the care I received from Londonderry Dentistry and Implants. Dr. Mathew and her assistant completely made me feel comfortable and at ease with the work I needed on my teeth. I have also seen Dr. Sam and he too is very friendly and calming which made my appointment as pleasant as a dental visit can be. In fact everyone in the office from the the hygienist, Tina, and the receptionist is extremely nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Having no insurance I signed up for their in office plan and it is a great deal.

Had a medical emergency on a Saturday morning. Called Londonderry dentistry and implants for the first time as I am not an existing patient there. They were extremely helpful and responsive and helping me obtain supplies for my issue. Patient care at its finest!

I called and specifically requested that I get X-rays and a cleaning during my first visit, which the receptionist confirmed they could do for me. Once I was in, I was informed they didnt have time and told to come back for the cleaning. New patients be warned - they are looking to get you in for as many appointments as possible. As Ive decided to switch to a new dentist, I also requested my X-ray records. When they shared them via email, rather than apologize for not being able to follow through on their commitment, they included aggressive messaging saying that my feedback was without merit and angrily citing this review. Its extremely unprofessional behavior, Im taken aback they dont have more empathy for their patients.
