Arta Foundation Repairs was mobbed with calls after a recent storm which caused a lot of flooding in the area (3.5" of rain in a day will do that). Stavros from Arta still took the time to return my call even on the busiest day, and within days he and his crew arrived to install a sump pump to keep our house safe. We were kept informed at every step and the quality of the work was perfect. After a quick skim online and on social media they are probably the highest-rated foundation company in the area, and are known for both high-quality work and fair pricing. That has certainly been our experience.

Approximately six years ago, we had our garage built, but over time, it began to experience a sinking foundation issue. Initially, we reached out to a different company that we had seen in advertisements. However, their repair estimated included a lot of extras along with exceeding our budget. Subsequently, we discovered Arta, and Stavros arrived promptly to initially assess the project and provided a quote for the necessary repairs that proved to be more affordable. He focused solely on the essential repairs, which we found to be a commendable approach. He addressed all our questions related to the estimate, even making a return visit to our residence to discuss any quote-related concerns. The main challenge we faced was related to communication for the initial start of the project. We understand that various personal and professional issues can sometimes lead to delays. However, we simply wished for better communication regarding those initial setbacks. In summary, Arta Foundation completed the work as outlined in the quote, without any unexpected developments.
