Charlotte and Kiel were so easy to work with in the selling/buying of our homes this summer! Charlotte gave us her expert opinion on items to update prior to listing our home, and we ended up with 5 offers that were at or over asking price. Kiel worked closely with us to look at multiple homes and even attended open houses with me when my husband was unable to make it. In the end, he worked closely with our sellers realtor to make sure we ended up in our dream home!
