I have been a client of Tax Services of Londonderry now Accountability for over 30 years. The previous owner Bob Capriole always went out of his way for good customer service which is why we always returned. Following the same process for over 30 years, I contacted them to make my yearly appointment and secure a spot in their very busy schedule. At first I was told they never make appointments in advance, only once the return is submitted. Then I was told they could make an appointment in advance but needed at least 5 days. At best, the person was confusing and condescending. The call ended with "I'm going to solve the problem, you are not a good fit. Goodbye". Wow....what a way to treat a loyal customer who has helped your business to grow for the past 30 years. Sad to say this practice has gone way downhill. Take your business elsewhere where loyal customers are treated with respect and appreciation.

After many years of great service with the previous company, This new acquisition is a Client Beware company. Dropped off all my info and six weeks later, after checking twice, taxes were not done and were sent out of the office without my knowledge or permission. This happened with only 1 week to spare on the tax extension. I picked up my package to get another accountant, only to find my W2's were missing. do not use this company unless you like to be stressed out. Unprofessional

Fantastic team that is extremely knowledgeable and understanding about the needs of small businesses, including solopreneurs like myself. They have also been a helpful resource to friends who were employees and had tax questions
