I thoroughly enjoyed who I worked with up until the end. I was sent a certified letter in the mail without any notice from my CPA that I was being dropped. This was in the middle of December right before the new tax season. It was due to staffing issues and because my taxes became less complicated. I dropped endless amounts of money with them for a complicated case where multiple people died so I was rather taken aback by how this was handled and I honestly would have picked someone else had I known this would have been the end resolution. I was also not told that I was finally done with the complicated piece after dealing with it for 4 years so it would have been nice if someone actually told me this as well before I was dropped and then resultantly panicked that I would have to pay someone a large amount of money to catch them up to speed.
