I've lived here for about 4 years and some things have been touch and go with the new ownership, but I gave 5 stars because the head of their maintenance team and the office manager at the Manchester location are always very responsive and friendly to work with. Although not everything can always be resolved (which can be frustrating for both parties), they take their time to explain things and try to resolve issues to the best of their ability. They're both really great people to work with.

I applied for the one of the property and from the beginning. The manager gave me the hard time. When I called to see the property, she said the income suppose to be 3 times then the rent amount. I provided all the info. Then she said I need to provide 3 years taxes, 3 months bank statement. Heeeellloooo Im not buying, Im renting. Im currently renting and nobody before asked me that. I waisted my time and $50 application fee for nothing. I knew it from the beginning after I applied when she called to get additional info, which was not required she was going to declined, she was looking for the reason and couldnt find it and denied it. Very unprofessional and not polite at all. My first experience like this. I have no idea how she is managing the property.

Expensive ghetto. One particular family blast loud music day and night, which is suffered by all neighbors on all floors, in every apartment.
