They are very understanding, funny and easy going. They work with u more then I've ever seen any company do, they make u feel like family.

This place is highway robbery. The charge way too much for rent and they will increase your rent $300 year over year with no explanation. Upon moving out they took my full security deposit of $1800 and told me I still owe a balance of $1000 dollars? you might ask what did you do to owe them that much money? I had pets. Yup they are saying since I had pets that I had to pay for the carpets to be replaced. They did not replace the carpets. They stretched and shampooed them. This place will rob you blind and have no remorse. I strongly recommend going somewhere they have some morals. I do not recommend. P.S. The property locations are terrible. Definitely not worth $2100 a month.

Website never works! Resident portal log in never works. Server is up and running data and wifi working fine. Used multiple devices too. Can login and search several other site but Socha website is Steve working so when you need to submit service requests youre just shut outta luck and forget about calling
