        Nice building but interior functions need to be updated, plumbing, heating. In the winter there a very good chance your heat wont work. Every time it drops below freezing pipes freeze so you cant take a shower. Longest I went without showering is a week. My pipes burst 3 times in one month. $2000 a month for plumbing and heating not to work.

        Not worth the money, there is no view ever since they put a hotel right in front of the view. dont even waste your breath with management

        The manager Evan. Has great people skills. I had a bad experience and he was invested in finding out what happened and how to correct it. I highly appreciate those things. Im on a waiting list and hoping to hear back if something opens up.
