This is the only place you should bring your car or truck for transmission service. They are honest and thorough. Ive never been treated this fair and professional at a car repair shop. Id give them 10 stars if it was an option.

My old Subaru recently starting throwing codes, not a simple fix such as adding more transmission fluid. Contacted several local repair shops and they all recommended Dr Steve's. Stopped by the garage to discuss this issue and got an appt the following week. They quickly diagnosed the issue (wiring problem) and fixed it themselves. Russ explained the problem and did not try to upsell me extra services. They noticed another minor issue and checked that too with a recommendation for repair at my local garage. The fee was very reasonable considering the work performed. I now understand why numerous mechanics recommended Dr Steve's - they are highly rated for a reason. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my cars here again should we need transmission work.
