        After-hours Lobby ATM i work id like be able to access my money 24/7 and not restrict me from using the ATM only during opening hours. Used to be 24/7 ATM access i regret opening a chase account and plan on now closing my account because of how inconvenient this is. Credit unions have it done properly.

        Amazing Staff....BUT! I was saddened to learn that Nicholas Newhouse, who was a significant reason for my positive experience, no longer works at Chase. His absence is a tremendous loss for the bank. Nicholas Newhouse helped me secure a credit card when no other bank would consider it. His dedication and expertise in assisting customers was truly outstanding. While I remain satisfied with Chase Bank's services, it's hard not to feel the absence of Nicholas's exceptional assistance.
