Really disappointed that I was told by bank member that citizens has "a team of people" to help new small businesses who bank with them, only to be told the next day they don't give that help for first SIX MONTHS!!! Talk about misleading the customer to get the account.

Literally a line of people and one person at the teller other one in back talking about what movies they seen. How ridiculous

I walked in and asked the lady at the front desk if they had any available to notarize a document. The lady ask me if I had an account with Citizens (which I do) and then she told me shed would get a Notary for me therefore I sat and waited for a few minutes. The lady came back and told me I had to make an appointment to get my document notarized which takes about a minute to do. I kindly asked her if there was anyway someone could fit me in today, she stated again that I had to make an appointment for something that takes just about a MINUTE to do soo I went to Members First Credit Union instead who helped me immediately and did not even ask whether I had an account with them. Members First was extremely helpful but my own bank was not.

Using this branch may be putting your money at risk. Citizens allowed an unauthorized party to transfer money out of my account, so naturally I froze the account. Went into this branch to withdraw cash so I was not without money until the issue was resolved. They had to unfreeze the account to make the withdrawal, and somehow neglected to freeze the account again even though it was specifically requested and confirmed by the teller multiple times. Several days later I discovered that my compromised account was left unfrozen, and this was confirmed by another teller at the branch. If you must use the terrible service provided by Citizens for whatever reason, do not under any circumstances use this branch as they have no idea what they are doing.l, and may be putting your money at risk as well.
