When I called to have this fixed after waiting a month or so Sally couldnt be bothered. I repeated my problem multiple times as she was deciding not to listen then she called my belligerent then proceeded to put me on hold for her manager Joe.
Joe was very blaze` about the mistakes made by his team. Made 0 apology but very generously (note thick sarcasm) agreed to let me have my order eventually.
I will and currently do as little business with this place as possible.
It shouldnt be painful or hard to exchange money for product even if it is owned by a huge conglomerate.
Post Covid customer service is really awful. I miss the days where the Sullivans owned this supplier, cared and did a beautiful job.
