I absolutely love 360 relay. The shops are great, good pay, amazing customer service. I couldn't be happier doing business for them. I recommend them to everyone I know who is interested in secret shopping. The questionnaires are in depth and require actually doing the shop. 5 out of 5 stars all the way.

I highly recommend this company for secret shoppers. They are prompt in processing assignments and have clear objectives for their surveys. I have been a shopper for them for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Once you complete a survey, they will immediately respond to let you know if it is complete or if they need more information. They always pay as promised. They are a great mystery shopping agent!
