        At the Verizon store I was thoroughly helped by a young man named Anthony. He was kind, patient and courteous. There was a minor mishap with my phone that took quite a while to fix, he not only helped me resolve the issue, but he stayed 20-30 minutes after the store was closed. I apologized and told him I can come back tomorrow since he looked pretty tired from a long day, but he assured me that he was there to assist...and he did it all with a great attitude. Young men like him is what keeps me a Verizon customer.

        Employees are trained to upset on everything. You'll end up waiting over an hour while they explain how people need to save on their Netflix bill. No customer should have to wait 30 minutes just to be acknowledged.
