Dr. Baroody is extremely thorough. He practices Cox Technic, which is a form of flexion distraction that relieves pain. I went to him with lower back pain, and over a series of treatments, I found that I had increased flexibility and less pain. I strongly recommend Dr. Baroody as an experienced, kind practitioner.

Steven Baroody is personable, knowledgeable, thorough- and quite possibly- a magician as well. I had a nagging IT band issue going on for two years. As a young, outdoors enthusiast the IT band issue stopped me from enjoying hiking (due to that notorious stabbing lateral knee pain during descents of hikes), skiing, and lower body movements at the gym (squats, specifically). While months of PT helped strengthen my hip, core, and glute weaknesses/instabilities contributing to the issue I still had some IT band pain during fairly mild hikes, so I sought another option. I can gladly say since seeing Steve I skiied Killington this winter (with very minimal pain) and have gone on a couple of intense, steep hikes this spring entirely pain-free. I will suggest this place to anyone with chronic pain issues. Kathy is super nice and makes booking an appointment that fits your schedule easy as well. I look forward to continuing to get adjusted here!

I've been to quite a few chiropractors in the past decade and I will never leave Dr. Baroody. I first met him looking to try some ART and in one session he fixed a chronic neck spasm that had been ailing me for quite some time, at one time or actually landed me in the hospital. After seeing him once it never came back! After that, I started using him as a chiropractor. Unlike others in the past where they put you on a yearly payment plan of thousands and thousands of dollars Baroody treats the issue and you may have to see him a couple times to remedy it, but once he's fixed you, he won't throw needles appointments at you, you go when you need him. Through time Olympic lifting, doing Crossfit, and outdoor sports I've needed quite a few adjustments and he makes me feel straight and good again everytime. My wife has had chronic back issues from an accident as an adolescent, and also tried many different chiropractors. Baroody was the only one that could make her feel 100 percent. Others always did a good job but he was the only one that could fix her. He's like an adjusting monk, he really listens to you, tries a few areas to see how you feel, and can pin point the problem very quickly and effectively. Dr. Baroody is unbelievable period. I recommend him to everyone that mentions back pain or talks about a chiropractor. You will not be disappointed!
