This community is the most disgusting place I have ever lived in my entire life. The people here are absolutely horrible human beings. The property management company is a joke. They will send you fines and warnings for breaking the most absurd rules, rules that everyone else who lives here breaks on a daily basis but it's okay for them to break the rules because they own their unit instead renting. These condo units are way over priced for the lack of space and amenities offered and the constant anxiety they give you living here. DO NOT buy a condo here, you will regret it. Not worth the price, the headache or the fines. Everyone is arrogant and ignorant and self entitled like the world owes them everything. It's honestly disgusting to see this many Karens all grouped together in a single community. My neighbor is a drunk who can't park her vehicle and almost hit my kids. There was a dog fight out back in the yard. This is not safe for my children!!!!! Don't rent or buy here!! please.
