If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend's phone had a swollen battery. We go to apple and they told us they'd have to get a new battery shipped to the store once it arrived, we would get a call and could come anytime to get it fixed. It arrived a week later and we drive 30 minutes to get it fixed, and they tell us they can't do it until the next day. We come the next day, another 30 minute drive, and during the repair, which we had to wait an hour for, they split the casing of the screen and could no longer do it in store. They told us we could either pay $699 or have it shipped out to be fixed, which they'd provide a loaner phone for. Mind you, even after shipping it out, there's a chance it wont be covered due to the now split screen which they broke during the repair. We go to active the loaner phone at AT&T and it says the SIM card isn't supported and that the phone is locked by the carrier. So back to apple, they tell us they just have to restore the phone. Which took another hour.
