The last time we came we had such a great vet and tech who cared and it was just for a leg. This time we bring our baby in for hard time breathing and they were so blas and the tech was not comforting. We got a shot to calm our baby and will bring her to our vet tomorrow. This was not a great experience.

who Euthanasia your best friend the vet or technician ? they would not let me be with her because she was dehydrated and they didn't know how to hydrate her ? Please get more training ,I hope she wasn't hurt she did not deserve it. not knowing can be the worst -( so sad ) i which i won,t of left her with stranger.Sara and tech please get help you killed my dog and hurt me you should of let me take her to my vet like i asked the vet tech said no, i was in shock wasn't thinking clear I AM STILL HURTING

My sisters cat needed to be put down. While the plan was for another day, it came quickly as he was 19 years old and developed a breathing issue the night before. She wanted him cremated and they told her because she would not have the money until the next day to cover it to "take him home and put him in the freezer." They lobbed the box at her with her dead cat and expected her to deal with all this paperwork after telling her to put him in a freezer. I have never been so appalled in my life.
