ITNH set up the machine, trained our staff and has been available for any questions and concerns since. ITNH also arranged excellent financing. We highly recommend ITNH for your printing equipment and media needs.

I've been working with Mike and his team since 2016! Their team does great work and I'm thankful for the partnership. I'd highly recommend visiting their showroom to see all the unique ways to leverage the equipment.

Used to be a wonderful company to deal with; not anymore. Tried to get a tech to work on our printer, instead they emailed instructions to disassemble my printer. After removing a couple of panels I could tell I was going to break something or not be able to put it back together. Had to beg to send someone out. Our old service tech retired, the new guy was horrible and left the printer and surroundings a mess. He also stated that he was not going to work on our printer again due to "grossly expired" ink which was not the case. We just stopped ordering from ITNH because it took weeks to get an order and the the ink they sent was to expire shortly. The problem with this company starts at the top and has trickled down to the service personnel. Stay far away from this company - you can thank me later. Poor training on installation, difficulty ordering consumables, nonexistent support. Thankfully another company has stepped up to handle support in place of these clowns.
