Service Credit Union

What a joke! I'm not expecting a reply back, but it would be nice. I've had this credit union for idk 10 to 15 years. I go to this location at 120pm on a Saturday. I go to quarters. I get informed that I cannot get any quarters but the one dude who has the key is on lunch. Are you kidding me. I get told come back in a few minutes. That's great service. Not helpful. Dude isn't there after I twiddle my thumbs for 15 minutes. I left. Beyond annoyed. Laundry needs to get done. Cool.

Amy was phenomenal. Caroline treats others like garbage and lies. Justin, discussed another thing when addressed the issue, then ghosted me after I responded, that makes an awful management. Derry branch is much better and will never EVER go to this location as long as Caroline is on the roster or a manager who is absolutely useless. One step closer to getting out of Service Credit Union after being disrespected, not once but twice by the two names I have mentioned above!

Called to change my address was on hold for 25 min then they couldn't help me, transferred me again to be on hold for another 11 mins. Then some how we got disconnected. Very poor customer service!!

Got me away from that finance company in California where no one knew how to speak proper English... Refinanced at a great rate!

They really like to take your money and not cash it for almost a full week after you go and deposit your check into your account. I cashed my check on the 23rd and MY MONEY is not in my account. Talked to service CU support and they said "their's nothing we can do." This is sickening and disgraceful. When I started banking with Service CU in Franklin, they were friendly and quick to get my paychecks cashed for the past 3 years. When they recommended me to the branch in Manchester on South willow when I started work down here, I went to them to cash my check. I understood they were going to hold my check for the first couple times because I was new and they never seen me before. Two months later they were still holding my check which was quite B.S. then for about 4 weeks, they were clearing my checks with no questions asked. Then the 23rd they held my check and couldn't get my wife a Xmas present because I've been getting bills caught up. Due to this I'm fed up with the thieves in Service CU in manchester, I'll be pulling my money out of my checking account and only going there for my truck payment but after that I'm done.
