Never again!  I went down here today to get 2 dozen roses and the place was very busy.  I bought the roses and the cashier proceeded to tell me that they were out of baby's breath after I had waited 10 minutes in line.  Oh well I thought I guess this is what I get for coming to the cheap place on Elm street.So  we finally open the wrapping to put the roses in a vase and guess what!?  The heads started falling off.  Not one or two roses but at least 50% off them!I called the store and told the manager what had happened and that this really puts us in a bind because we need these flowers for tonight.  She told me that I would have to take them down there to exchange them so she could see what happened. I told her that I didnt think we could do that as we were pressed for time.  I told her I would send someone down with the receipt and what was left of their flowers, and that we would get what we needed for today at Shaws. She then told me that they do not refund only exchange or a store credit for more of there crappy flowers.Bottom line is I felt like I was haggling with a pawn shop when speaking with this manager.  Not very professional and really put us out.   Fellas get your lady something nice from chalifours dont risk it.
