        We chose Phaneuf to preplan my moms final arrangements. At our initial meeting, we were presented with a variety of options and ideas. We were able to customize everything to really suit our family. When mom passed, Phaneuf handled everything with great care and efficiency. They held our hands throughout the process, ensuring we knew exactly what was happening. Their genuine concern was evident at every step. Loosing a loved one is painful but the staff at Phaneuf made it all easier. I would highly recommend their services.
