The employee Chris decided it was more important to argue with his coworker than customer service. I decided to walk out, to have said employee follow me out of the building trying to mock me. Following a customer outside should be considered a threat, and this guy should not have his job.

Jenna was absolutely the highlight of my day. I just lost my card and had no idea how to use my digital card/wallet and was literally out of gas or I would have just gone to the bank. But I didnt want to risk it so I gave up on the pump and googling directions and went inside, ready to burst into tears because its been such a rotten week. Thats when Jenna gave me simple directions, made it easy to use, was totally chill, and by the time I walked out to pump gas I was so calm because just that one thing had gone right and so I felt like I could make it through the rest of the day. It may seem like a little thing, but Jenna was so nice and so helpful it turned my week around. Thank you Jenna!

Arrogant staff! I came for gas and a carwash, but the carwash was not dispensing soap. No big deal since they gave me a new carwash code for the next time I came. I finally had a chance to come back for the carwash, but when I went in to ask if the code expires (most of these codes I've used before at other stations expire after 30 days). The response from the clerk behind the desk was "I don't know if they expire, but if they do there is nothing I can do about it anyway!" She said this so rudely that I felt that she really didn't want to deal with any real customers. When I said that I know she can print out a new code if needed, but she only repeated that "I can't help you - if you don't like it you can find another place to get your car washed" - UNBELIEVABLY ARROGANT!

Did a carwash and it was horrible. Will not be coming back with the other 5 of my vehicles. Stay clear as you will not be satisfied with the wash.
