        Grace was unbelievably rude. Today is my mothers 2nd anniversary of passing. Instead of telling me it was store policy and not company policy that you can not put human remains inside a bear. When Ive done many of times for many loved ones. She decided to give me nothing but attitude and act like I was a disgusting human being for even wanting to do this. Made me leave in tears. Thank god for the nashua location. Dont even bother stopping here. Go to nashua. They are ten times happier employees and a million times nicer then this staff could ever try to be.
