We recently lost power and had to find somewhere to stay after a few days without heat and water. We checked in around 10 PM after a long ride and the room was beautiful and spacious. I have a two year old and a four year old who were very excited to stay in a hotel so they were happily checking out the room. Before we even had all of our bags in, security came and said we got a noise complaint from the person below us. Okay, we'll try to settle them. I understand people are resting. Within an hour, another complaint from the same person below us. We were informed if they complain again, we will need to vacate the premises. The guard suggested we car camp in 14 degree weather with our toddlers if we get booted. My wife brought our youngest downstairs to hang out because we were terrified of getting kicked out in the middle of the night. I was afraid to even shower or walk on the floor. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location if you have small children that you aren't willing to tie down. We weren't partying, just trying to stay safe and warm for the night.
Also, I slipped and fell in the parking lot while holding my two year old because it was not sanded/salted after and ice/snow storm. You have to pay to park so this should be maintained.
Rooms: Brand new, spacious, comfortable
Nearby activities: Concerts, bars, restaurants, theaters
Walkability: Very close to the arena and restaurants

About two weeks before our stay, I got an email saying that parking will now have a fee. The fee is to a 3rd party company. (But they have complimentary charging stations for EVs. I would appreciate a fill-up on gas or a gas card if we're going to subsidize other customers' fuel costs.)
With a certain level of membership, I have had $30 daily fees waived in much larger cities, like D.C. But here I pay to park, and I get to charge ither people's cars with my fees.
I'll try other branded properties in the area next time.
