        Dirty room, unprofessional staff and is more like a trap house!! Never again!!! Rooms: DIRTY WITH SOME TYYOD LIQUID!!! Safety: Horrible!!!

        Was over charged, not given a receipt, room was not clean. Room had mold and smelled like dirty socks; desks were dirty; carpet was not clean and had items left behind; bed sheets were too thin and room was ice cold when we got there. The fan was left on high and no heat. Breakfast had no OJ and food items. Gentleman who checked us in took 30 minutes because he did not know what he was doing.

        The beds are comfortable but the mattress is high and more difficult to get on. There was only 1 chair in the room. The coffee maker didn't work and there was menstrual trash in my garbage can in the bathroom . There was a black sock on the floor by the head of the bed. My room was right next to the office and I am sure it was convenient for someone just not me. Very distasteful. Overall my stay was okay it just could have been better.
