Being fresh out of prison, with no direction, in a fully changed world, with a bag full of clothes and a pair of shoes i walked into home sober living with motivation to succeed & full of ambition with my refusal to lose. Nothing in my life worked for me when i did it my way. I would either go right back to doing/selling drugs and end up right back in prison. I decided to trust in the program to give me the tools to help give me a foundation of a sober life, crime free life. The program taught me that not only was i addicted to drugs but i was suffering from an allergy from addiction overall. That included drugs, crime and sex. Using the tools like morning meditation, setting goals for the week & a positive, trusting, tough love environment I was able to hold myself accountable for allllll my actions. & accountability changed my life. I was able to go back to school & work on a certificate, i got a job within my first week. When i would lose focus, a simple reminder and conversation from the house leaders and owner, put me right back on track. Thank you Home Sober Living for assisting me in my success. Thank you Home Sober Living for helping me to be a better husband, brother, son, friend and most importantly, a better father. This is one of the best experiences of my life and this program truly proves that in a community, in trust in the program, you too can become a success story just like me. Life is GOOD!

My son was placed at Home Sober Living when he was released from treatment. He was met by Dylan who showed him around and familiarized him with the house. Since his arrival Dylan has been working with him to get him where he needs to be.

I've lived in a few different sober environments over the last few years and I've never felt more at "home" than when I moved into Home Sober Living. It's an amazing atmosphere of a close community and very strong in promoting growth in recovery. I can't say that my recovery would be as strong as it is without the encouragement and support that the amazing women of leadership this house provides. They have helped me achieve my goals and love myself again.

Home sober living has changed my life. I am an addict of the hopeless variety and have been battling addiction for the better part of the last decade and this sober house has taught me how to live a life that I love today. Coming in I had no idea what the twelve steps of alcohol anonymous were or what its like to have a community of people that want whats best for me. Dylan Knowles is an amazing person who has helped me and his community immensely by creating a safe place for addicts to get better by placing structure, community, and the twelve steps into their lives. This house helped me transition from treatment into the real world by giving me the tools I need to deal with my problems and to deal with life on lifes terms. I am forever grateful for my time spent there.
