USA Insulation of Southern NH

I am putting on record my work order # WO 32310 and invoice # INV-5672 because there is a section in my home that is stated on the invoice notes as ; " We will need to go back and inject foam where the AC unit is once she gets it removed in 3- 6 weeks" from work order information on 3/10/2024. This information was provided by the assigned Red Team consisting of team members : Jamie Largy, Noah Pelletier, and Hunter Morril. I will say that the lead captain of this team, Jamie, was consistent all the way through my home insulation project. He went over and beyond being helpful all throughout the day of insulation. He instructed, demonstrated, trained on site, and made sure that the team was on top of drilling, piping in foam, cleaning, and installing the attic insulated door cover. There was a fluke w/my safety electric circuit outlet shutting off due to the initial moisture from the foam filling between all crevices around outlets, but Jamie took charge to reach out to the company and had the on call electrician sent over as soon as possible. The Master electrician, Darren, contracted by USA Insulation, came to address the issue the very next day. It was immediately remedied, and his expertise made me feel very comfortable. I just needed to praise him as well. Noah, the next team player was an excellent communicator and very dedicated all throughout the job, proactive all along, following Jamie's advice with on site training tips, very helpful and kind. Hunter, the 3rd team player supplemented in supporting the team where needed. His focus was to trail and pick up the debris, wipe down and clean areas that collected residue. As a collective team, they plowed through this project and they worked great together. I look forward to, and will expect their return to complete and foam fill the remaining 1.5x1.5 sq ft section in my bedroom, once the wall A/C unit is permanently removed in about 6 weeks. The home is warm and cozy now. The work was done clean and professional. However the men installed the insulation hit a wire to my fire alarm cost me 1000 to trouble shooting and fix.
