They would not approve a need test to figure out if I have Cancer, if so what type of cancer, and what stage I am at. The one test would have had all the answers in a one and done. But, now I have to endure more dangerous test which will take longer and prolong my start of treatment. If it was them they would have already have the test and increased their there survival rates. Not be told that Cancer is not a dead sentence by the rep. Won't let me put on stars.

So happy to have them for insurance. I have had other insurances before that were so difficult to deal with , hard to get a hold of, and customer service was awful at best. When you go to them about anything they are kind, patient and so helpful. Even if they have to look into something for you they are prompt about getting back to you.
