Agent Fredrick P is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm glad I made the switch! UPDATE: I have had this insurance for over 2years and my rates have gone up 2 times in guess b/c of inflation who knows so Im not impressed with them anymore. I switched because it was cheaper than my previous insurance that I had for 7 years. I regret switching. I will be looking to switch back
