        Nate! Nate! Nate! We went in for a ring check and cleaning, He was the absolute provided the best, helpful and friendly service we have ever had with this location. We have had some unpleasant experiences in the past and the process today was amazing because of him. I now look forward to our future visits.

        Brian went above and beyond to help me today. I did not have my diamond bond paperwork, I was told that I no longer needed it and everything would be in the system by a previous employee. Brian took the time today so I was able to have the information of all my jewelry sent to me by my husband so Brian could take care of everything I needed. He looked through the whole system to try and find our purchase history but only one of the 4 pieces I brought in would come up. With his patience and help we were able to get all the information needed, jewelry checked, repair sent out, and all pieces cleaned. Thank you so much Brian for making the experience pleasant and the least frustrating possible.
