We contracted with Rock Solid Construction (Marc Dionne) in March/April 2021 to complete a remodel of a master bathroom.  He never completed the job.  After 20+ attempts to contact him via text, email, phone calls and certified mail, with absolutely no response I posted to a local FB page to seek help from another contractor (who was amazing) to help finish the job.  Only after that post did he show up and with attitude.  He sent one of his workers back who attempted to complete the work (we ran into issues with product from Lowes).  However once we got that worked out, we were unable to get any further response from Marc and ultimately notified him via certified letter that we were terminating our contract with him.   In addition, Marc was did not pay the plumber he hired and that plumber only got paid because we notified him that he would not be allowed back until said plumber was paid.    He should never be in business for himself and for any potential customers, BEWARE!  Not responsible, not reliable, do not trust.

Marc Dionne that had Rock Solid Landscaping that he ran into the ground has now run Rick Solid Construction into the ground. We hired him for an addition, deck and shed. Siding and roofing shingles pieces blew off shed first week due to not attaching them correctly. Never fixed. Roof slope on addition was too shallow leading to damning and water leakage. After three poor attempts to fix we had to pay someone $7k to fix the roof. The sub contractor electrician he hired did not complete job to code. He has ignored repeated messages, texts and certified letters.

He said he could do a job of a small addition. Asked for 50% upfront then only came back 1 time after I called him constantly for months. Got the frost wall poured by hiring out another company. Then I find out he never paid the remainder to that company and then never showed back up or has returned any calls/emails/texts. See you in court. I would stay far far away from the con man

Had our yard sprayed with hydroseed. Motger nature got frisky on us and washed it all away. called Marc asked for advise and decided to start over. Marc sprayed another load and have us a great discount. Good people in my opinion. He could have just walked away. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the grass hasn't come up yet
